Where’s my ticket/wristband?
Tickets are sold online which will be directly sent to you via email. Wristbands will be given on arrival to the event.

Are there any age limits?
No, children aged 12 or under receive free access, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied for by an adult.

My friend is now using my ticket, do I need to get the name changed?
Please email info@feis1.com, and we will be able to assist.

Where can I find stage times for all the acts?
These will be announced closer to the date of the event and will be at www.feisliverpool.com, so keep an eye out.

When can I arrive / when do I have to leave?
The gates for the 2019 Feis open at 11am, with the music ending by license at 11pm.


What Facilities does the Guest/VIP ticket give you?  

The VIP Guest Ticket gives you access to the Guest/VIP area, which will have its own bar, food facilities, toilets.

The VIP Seated Guest Ticket gives you access to exclusive access to the seating area in front of the stage, the Guest/VIP area, which will have its own bar, food facilities and toilet.


Are children allowed in the Guest/VIP area?
Yes children are allowed if accompanied by an adult.

Are you still accepting acts for Feis Liverpool?
Unfortunately the line up for the 2019 Feis is closed. Please send submissions for future reference to bookings@vpmg.net

Can you bring in blankets and camping chairs?
Blankets are allowed – Camping chairs not allowed nor are umbrellas.

Are there family tickets available?
There are no family tickets available.

Can you take in food at the festival?
Strictly no food or alcohol to be brought into the site of the event (except for dietary requirements). if found in possession they will be confiscated. There will be bars and food available on the site of the event. All stalls selling alcohol will be operating a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification, which includes:

  • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence
  • A valid passport (not a photocopy) – out of date passports will NOT be accepted
  • A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).

Anyone found to be using identification that is not their own will result in the identification being confiscated and possible prosecution for both the owner and the individual fraudulently attempting to use it. On the spot checks will be in operation across the site for the duration of the festival so keep your identification on you at all times until you have been verified by a member of the Challenge 25 team.

Any open containers of alcohol will need to be disposed of before leaving the site.

Can I enter and leave Feis whenever I want throughout the day? Unfortunately not. Once you leave the festival site you will not be allowed back in.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?
If there is any left you simply head on over to one of the on-site ticket box offices and you will be able to purchase a ticket, this will be however be dearer than the advance ticket price.

Cash or card payments will be accepted to purchase your ticket.

What times will the on-site ticket box office be open?

Can I bring recreational drugs into the festival? 
No. Any person found to be in possession of unlawful drugs will be denied entry into the festival.

Where can I find the VIP area?
The VIP area is located close to the main stage, Stewards and sign posts will be there to help along with a map of the site.

Can I enter and leave the VIP area whenever I want throughout the day?
Yes you may.





Here at the Feis we aim to make the event fully accessible, with wheelchair access, viewing platforms and accessible toilets. All carers receive free access to the event (with proof of ID).
Purchase your tickets as normal and on arrival to the event, your carer presents their your carer ID for access.

Are there any disabled loos at the festival?
Yes, disabled toilets will be located within the main festival area as well as the VIP area.


Customers requiring assistance throughout the festival are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the customer requiring assistance must have a ticket.

In our commitment to make the Feis accessible to everyone, we may provide ticket holders that would be unable to attend without use of a personal assistant (PA), and are in receipt of one or more of the following, with a ticket at no additional cost for one PA:
• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
• Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Evidence of being severely sight impaired
• CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement
• A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Passes will be collected at the Feis when you present your matching ID upon arrival and are with your personal assistant. This will not be sent to you in advance, and we will not issue any PA passes without matching ID, so please remember to bring this with you to avoid disappointment! Personal Assistants will also be able to access the viewing platform if there is space available at the time.

Coach travel can be booked through Big Green Coach, with coaches leaving from Manchester, Birmingham, Stoke, Stafford and Warrington.
